Terms and Conditions
The British School of Body Piercing will not train piercers under the age of 18. All students should bring proof of age and identity to the course and copies will be kept on file by the school. These will be kept confidentially and not shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
Students who attend courses at the BSBP are expected to arrive on time, be courteous to others and must strictly NOT be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. This includes prescription medications that cause drowsiness. High standards of participation are expected of all students and respect to others regardless of race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic is essential. Failure to respect others or infringement on the rights of others in any way will result in being dismissed from the course without course fees being refunded.
All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another start date if students are unable to attend. If full payment has been made, payments other than the deposit will be refunded if students cancel with over one months notice. Cancellation with less than one month's notice will incur no refund of any fees paid, but students may be transferred to another start date if a suitable course has available space.
Please note that in accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, when a course is booked without face-to-face contact, the future trainee may cancel a contract within seven days from the date the deposit was paid. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by registered post to our address: British School of Body Piercing, 1a Mill Road, Colchester, Essex. CO4 5LD.
Subject to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 "Cooling off Period", all monies paid at the point of application towards the course fees as deposits outside of the aforementioned 7 day period are non-refundable but may be transferred to another start date of the course.
